what brand of organic or humanly raised chicken(to eat) do you buy?

and where do you get it? so far i've only found one widely avaiable brand & i'm looking for other options, no local farms in my area.

I always think that buying local is best if possible. Try this web site to search for a shop or farmer in your area: http://www.localharvest.org/

Otherwise, Do you have a Whole Foods in your area? They should have several to choose from, with varyine degrees of organic-ness and true free range-ness. Bell and Evans is what the supermarket carries (along with their store brand "Natural Harvest" which isn't organic or humane, just anti-biotic/by-product free). There are lots of places to mail order on-line but try buying local first.
