what bread and gender is this?

One of neighbors gave me this chick as a gift and i was wondering what breed and gender it is. all i know is that it is a bantam .

I know very little about Polish, but wonder if this is a Silver Laced Polish? I definitely don't know how to tell the gender...

Spitzhauben Appenzeller would be my guess. Looks like the legs are gray. I have one too but she has alot more white in her and she has the gray legs. Very cute.
