What breed? 14 weeks old. Assumed to be both girls!

Both are pullets, but difficult to determine breed from that picture. Free standing profile pictures would be better. It is very possible that they are cross bred birds.

Agree, both appear to be pullets. Breeds unknown based on the one photo.
