What breed am I??? Ameraucana +X????

Doubt there's any Ameraucana in there at all. Looks like a normal Easter Egger to me.

If she is an EE is there something else? Or is she just an EE?

If there is anything else it is hard to say. Most EE's are just hatchery type, which have been bred to each other for generations upon generations, with the slight chance of something added in over time. Otherwise, her sole and leg color may tell you. I can't tell much of them from the photos, but the fact that her beard/muffs are full sized, that's saying she's just an Easter Egger, nothing else in there at least a generation back.

Well technically EE's are crosses. They're not a breed like Ameraucanas.
