What breed am I and an I a roo or pullet

I have been told a Mille Fleur but a pullet

I am very new to chickens so I don't know

Ok well Mille fleurs are supposed to stand up like that. if he's a roo he will start making quarter crows witch are crows with no real length or pitch change at about 10 weeks old if he's older than that and hasn't been quarter crowing he's a pullet
