What breed am I? Hatchery Surprise

A lot of them definitely have furry cheeks and only a few have feathered legs. After looking at the hatchery pictures, it seems a lot of them may be EE's. Thanks to everyone for the leads. It helped a big bunch!

Yeah the EE come in all colors but usually have the puffy cheeks. Which ones have the feathered feet and how many toes do they have?
