What breed am I? Pullet or Roo?

This chick is 8 weeks old. Any idea what breed he/she is? Pullet or Roo?

l Could be a blue Cochin? My guess is roo but I am not positive.

Definitely looks like a blue cochin. Looks roo-ish, to me, but I can't see enough of the tail to really tell. From my limited experience, cochins are a fairly tricky breed to sex but those are quite some wattles at 8 weeks. Look for sickle feathers in the tail.
