The first looks like a production red and the second photo looks like an Easter Egger.

Second looks like a brown leghorn to me, from wing feathering and maybe the stripe by her eye. Can you get a full body shot?

they kind of remind me of some photos of EE chicks I saw somewhere.

I'm not really sure though.

They both look like Dark Cornish chicks to me. I have about 15 out in my brooder houses and have hatched them for several years. If it were an Americauna or EE, it would probably have the green looking legs. Your chick isn't as chipmunk looking as most EEs. As short as the legs are and as stocky as they are, I am guessing the first one is a Bantam Dark Cornish Roo and the second is a pullet. That is going by the wing coloring.
