I wish SOMEBODY could tell us what these chickens are! I told my husband they're a strange, mutant, alien breed of chicken that nobody on earth can identify!

They're odd, that's for sure. All of mine that I got from TSC in May are colored that way, and I would have sworn - up until now - that all of mine were roos, based on their coloring. There has to be someone that knows what these strange birds are...

You found an egg, eh? I'm going against popular opinion here, and voting HEN! Do a search for DeKalb whatever it says in my siggy!

After posting I see that my siggy says DeKalb AMBER LINKS! Do a google search. They've just re-entered them back into America, and are making a strong comeback. Very popular overseas.

I have three the exact same, and mine are HENS. There have been several posters recently that have gotten these same pullets.
