What Breed am I?

Last year when we got out RIR from Mcmurray we got the free rare chick
And Phoenix is all grown up and I'm still not quiet sure what he is?

I was guessing a Old English Game but I don't know?
Also another question, I've got some RIR X Phoenix eggs in the incubator, any idea how they'll come out?
If not I'm ready for the surprise
