Did it come from a hatchery? Or where? Judging by the pink/white toes, I'd almost guess blue orp....

My black jersey giants looked like that (on the legs) and I know they come in blue also. It might be a blue jersey giant. If it grows slowly and has big, dark brown eyes that is my best guess.
