got him(or her?)at skagit valley farmer supply,they said his breed was bantam,but bantams are small breeds of chicken right?

Does it have feathered feet? I'm having a hard time telling that from the photos. If it doesn't, I'd guess Easter Egger bantam or d'Anvers bantam.
