What breed am I?

I'm thinking for sure this guy is a rooster but since he was from a mixed straight run I'm unsure of his breed, anyone have any idea for me? Thanks! He's about 14 weeks old.

He looks alot like my free mystery chick from mcmurray... I was told by the experts on here that he is a dark brahma roo...but I just noticed his feet arent' feathered like weird Harold's... dont know if that makes a difference or if you have something else...
