What breed am I?

I was originally told that this guy was an Easter Egger roo. I am not so sure anymore. Does anyone else have an opinion on which bantam breed he is? I have a suspicion, but do not want to say to sway anyone's thought. I am curious if anyone else will confirm it though.

Legs don't have a greenish case to them...tiffany to the sides of bill not visible. I don't think he's an ee
