What breed and gender are these chickens?

All are 3 1/2 months old now, looking for help identifying breed and gender of all of them.

1. I got these 3 white ones and they were labeled as Cornish X but I know they obviously aren't since they never got fat like meat birds are supposed to.

2. This one came with assorted bantams, it's about the size of a morning dove and it's very flighty, I almost question if it's really a chicken lol

3. This black and white one also came with bantams

4. And these 2 are bantams, I know the gray one is male cause he's crowing already but I can't tell if the red one is also male or if it's nearing laying? I've seen the the gray one dance and call the others for treats but no mounting yet. I assume these 2 a Cochin's?
