What breed and gender are these coturnix quail?

I got 24 coturnix quail hatching eggs on July 9th, and they hatxhed on July 27th or 28th. I got them from a breeder with all kinds of quail, so they're basically random. Now, today, I have 5, they are just over 6 weeks old, and I have no idea what breed or genders they could be, I have never had coturnix quail before, so I don't know how to sex them.

Please feel free to tell me what you think they are, and explain to me how sexing quail works.

Okay, so I may have forgotten some important information as to their breed.
The black one hatched out of a completely blue egg, and the rest hatched out of mint chip colored eggs

So from what I understand so far, 2 and 3 are females, 4 and 5 are males, and 1 is non feather sexable?
