What breed and gender are these two?

There two were supposed to be welsummers.

Looks like a Welsummer pullet and cockerel, but the pics dont show the leg color well. Are they yellow?

The more colorful one (in the last pic) has yellow legs and the other one has blue/black legs. So which is the male?

The last picture is the male. Welsummers have yellow legs, so the other one could be a mix.

I can't tell you on the breed, but speckled hen is definitely correct on the sexes.
