What breed and gender do you think this chicken is?

This is Gabby, we bought her at tractor supply as an Ameraucana hen. She is very bossy towards all the other hens and likes to chase them when they run. We are starting to wonder if she’s a rooster.

Are you 100% sure?? My neighborhood doesn’t allow roosters so i have to be sure lol!

I think probably a boy! "He" has a bright red big comb! (I'm no expert)
Also if you didn't know, it is an EE (Easter egger) which means it is not pure Ameraucana. Also, how old?

How old?

I'm assuming he is around 7-10 weeks. At this age, his comb is too developed in size and color to be a pullet. He's also starting to get a small wash of red across his wings - another cockerel trait.
