What breed and gender is my chicken?

It has grey/blue legs with feathers on them and not got any tail feathers yet if that helps???

I was thinking Black Sex Link but then you said that it has feathers on its legs and the comb is not a BSL comb.

I'm really stumped on the breed. Sorry I will look into some more info for you

Hope so I love silkies

Someone else told me it was a silkie but it only has 4 toes but if it's a cross then that could be why it only has 4 toes. Any idea of sex?
