What breed and gender is she?

Males will grow wattles and combs before 21 weeks. Do you have a picture of when you first got them? Maybe able to guess a little better on their age.

They look like some kind of bantam mix. Are they small? If they are over 20 weeks they are pullets. That's why their combs are turning red, they are reaching laying. Looks like girls to me. Do you have any clearer pictures?
 
Im pretty sure I do.
There’s lots of weeds in my yard ans I spill feed a lot by accident, so it’s a bit hard tor take picturee of them.

If those chickens are 4-5 months old, then they're probably pullets: a rooster of that age is usually unmistakeable. Hens do get red combs too, before they start to lay eggs (roosters get big, red combs at a younger age.)

Sorry I don't have any guesses on breed.
