What breed and gender is this chick?

I noticed that this light color chick is a little bigger than the black one, do you guys think it’s a boy? I also don’t know what breed this is.

The light one looks like it could be male because of the advanced comb development, but the same sort of thing happens in female leghorns chicks, so keep an eye on the color of it’s comb. If it starts to look reddish with if a few weeks, it’s probably male.

Where did you get it from? That will help with breed ID.

I actually hatched them, I got some eggs from a seller and the eggs were mixed, breeds: bantam, silkie, d’uccle, serama, etc..

You’ll probably have to wait until adult feathers come in to guess at breed. I’ve had brown chipmunk chicks that feathered out with brown wing feathers turn into red hens, so no way to guess now.
