The only thing an egg would tell you about what breed she is is maybe if they're green or blue, she would be an EE... But I would assume she laid brown eggs? Interesting factoid, a chickens earlobe color usually determines what color egg shell lay; white earlobes, white eggs; red earlobes, brown eggs
