What breed and gender is this chicken?

Hello all , I am new to chickens and breeds, i have what i believe is a cockerell and i thought it was a legbar initially as it came from a blue egg but am no longer sure. Im pretty sure its a cockerell but double checking anyway.

Looks like a leghorn, with those earlobes and leg colouring, but it can't be. And not pure.
It's a cockerel.

Ohh, when i bought the eggs, was told they are legbars, started having doubts when the colouring wasnt coming through as he got older.

I see he's developing a crest on his head reminds me of my Swedish Rooster.
