What breed and gender is this chicken??

I have recently rescued a hen but with no info. I saved it from getting ran over right down the road from my house those few neighbors over there and neighbors around said that was not there chicken so i rescued it

The speckled chest makes me think blackstar not BA.

Im pretty sure its a black star because i used to have one just like it and it has the same feather color and type

Yep, and her eyes have the distinctive blackstar look.
