what breed and gender is this little chicken?

Found this yesterday evening by the canal, there was no one nearby to ask, so I don't know where it escaped from! I reckon, judging by the size of my other 2 chickens, it's about 10 weeks old.

Is that really a single comb? It almost looks like a rose comb to me- more flat and looking like my wyandottes.

Yes, Red Sex Link.
And has to be a female because of the coloring.
The male red sex links will be almost all white.
