What breed and gender of chickens and ducks

So we definitely have 2 Roos out of the 4 chicks I’m still confused on these two

They are 4 months now?

Than I would think it's a pullet getting close to laying.

This isn’t really related to the chicks but I have a brown game fowl who is older than my other pallets who just started laying and she isn’t laying eggs yet. She squats for the rooster. Any ideas

Just patience. They generally start squatting up to a month before starting to lay. Most around 1-2 weeks before.
