So what we go with in this situation.

It depends. Is this pixelated leakage or random pixels?

I can't tell if thats leakage or random pixels. If leakage- EE. If random pixels I woould hesitantly say Ameraucana.

I think the safest bet is to say Easter Egger especially not knowing the source. Easter Eggers are basically anything with the blue egg gene. If under the unlikely circumstance it is an Ameraucana, the blue egg gene would still be carried so it wouldn't necessarily be wrong for anyone's purpose of keeping him. Obviously birds of unknown sources shouldn't be bred as an Ameraucana and using him as an Easter Egger would give same outcome in the chicks if that makes sense. Pretty sure it's a cockerel but hard to tell in that picture
