What breed and gender?

This chicken was smaller than all of the other chickens when we got it and now it has massive feet and is bigger than my rooster. It's black like a australorp, but has brown on its feathers as well. And none of my other australorps have brown.

How old is he?

Where is he from? If pure, likely an Australorp cockerel with leakage
