What breed and gender

8 week old(s). from mail hatchery. got 27 chicks ordered 5 golden laced. have 5 of these but they have no feathers on feet and coloring is not paning out as expected.

Small Rant( will not do mail order again- will drive on mini vacation to get it right and be sure i am happy with how my money is spent and get what I want) off soap box

this is one of the similar ones- upper left- that appears to just be of the opposite gender(i Hope)
