today was mother's day here. the boy brought me flowers and a card. (i still needed my glasses for the card) and we had lunch.
he's a good boy. i'm so lucky.

i got that face at a farm market that had all sorts of garden sculptures. it made me laugh, so i got it. it still makes me laugh. i doubt many people in ireland have one like it. they'd think it was strange i think.
