Looking at these pictures, it may be a hen, but if it is, it certaintly isn't 3-4 months more like 2-3 years

I'm going to guess Silkie/Barred Rock hen.

She isnt really a friend, she met me a week ago

Of course it's hard for her to sell sell animals, when what she is selling isn't worth what she's asking. Sorry, but you got ripped off.

Its ok

I know i got ripped off
I think its a silkie cukoo
I learn from my mistakes

I don't think that it is a silkie, the rooster pic looks nothing like a silkie, the feathering is wrong, it is a single comb, and silkies have walnut combs. I am pretty sure you are not getting a silkie.

No extra toes, no feathered legs, no silkie feathering (though this would not show in a F1 generation) skin doesn't appear to be dark and it has a single comb. I'm guessing there is no Silkie in it... some other kind of crested chicken breed... so maybe it IS a Polish cross. Looks like an old hen or a roo to me. Certainly not a young bird. But, if you like it and want to pay for it in order to have it, even if it's a cross... if it makes you happy... I say go for it

Though next time you might haggle at least a bit

Maybe it's a silkie/barred rock cross that she was trying to pass off as a "rare" bird
