What breed and sex do I have?

I did this once before but they’re older now. Just seeing what everyone thinks their breed and gender is AND what are your preferences on breed? We want to get at least another two chickens so which do you prefer for personality and that’re good layers?
I have three: the gold one, the brown one, and the black one.

Looks like the gold colored one is female and the other two are males. Hard to say what breeds. Look like they are crosses.

Top looks Cochin, red or buff, pullet not sure bout second breed, cockerel, third ee or amerucauna, cockerel.

1 pullet and 2 cockerels. The first looks like a Cochin, the second is a OEG, and could you get a better picture of the third?
