What breed and sex is he/she?

I got this chick from tractor supply and they said it was a pullet isa brown but I don’t think it is. It seems to have all black feet and I’m hoping it’s a pullet but they like to jump on the other chicks in the brooder. I think it’s about 2-3 weeks old roughly.

It's definitely not an ISA brown. Maybe an Australorp, but many other possibilities. Its comb seem quite large for its size, so I'm guessing it is a cockerel, but too early to say for sure. 6 weeks is a good time to evaluate.

I would guess roo from the development of the comb but can't be sure
I don't know about the breed though
