What breed and sex is this chicken?

Yeah I have 2 like that and another one that I'm not sure about. That's why I was asking, I wanted to know if she was actually a she
 
Looks like a RIR rooster. We just got our first chickens in march. They were supposed to all be hens but fluffy our barred rock grew into a beautiful rooster.
 
I got mine in march too and that's what happened to 2 of mine. I got them so I could sell the eggs and for pets. I'm not allowed to keep them if they're roosters :( which is bad because they're my pets :(
 
Can someone tell me the difference between Production Reds and Rhode Island Reds?...they all look the same to me.
Please if someone can help me...

Basically, RIR is a breed of chicken that is showable and should come somewhat near meeting a Standard of Perfection.

Production Reds are red chickens bred to lay lots of eggs.
 
That's definitely a Production Red Rooster. RIR are actually very rare, a pure breed one at least. RIR are very dark almost black to mahogany color. PR are a lower quality RIR that produce more eggs and can be a light brown/red to dark red/brown with black tail feathers and can have some white. Sorry this is late.
