What breed and sex?

Definitely looks like a hen to me. Some breeds she might be: Delaware, Sussex or Brahma. Could you send a picture of her whole body so I can see all the patterns and colors?
View attachment 1423571 I an concerned about these two because they are always the first to come to me and always let me grab them and i cant keep roosters in my area so it would suck having to get rid of them but i am sure the first one is a boy but not sure about the other one they look similiar but they arent.

Definitely cockerels if they are 8 weeks old. For breed, check the legs. If they are white, then light Sussex is your breed. If they are yellow, Columbian Plymouth rock is your breed. If they are green, blue or black, then probably mixed breeds.
