What Breed and Sex?

This 2 month old chicken was a free chick from the hatchery. Does anyone have any thoughts on what it is and what sex it might be?

It is a cockerel. Not sure of breed.

I think it is a cockerel and the breed looks like it could be a barred rock cross.

Bielefelder cockerel. My cockerel from a breeder looked the same at that age.
