What breed and what sex?

Barred Rock. One male one female. Males are lighter than the females.

What color are their legs ? If yellow then they’re barred rocks, if pinkish white then they’re marans.
Looks like you have a Cockerel and a pullet.

Left is a cockerel, right is a pullet. I’m guessing they are Cuckoo Marans, but leg color would be helpful.
