I'm sorry I am just now getting back to you, I haven't a clue what it could be, can't really see actually, but why not give her some soaks in warm epsom salt water and see what happens. My oldest drake started limping last fall and i was so worried it was bumble foot, soaked his feet in epsom salt water, used neo on them, it ended up being a callous so I used a cream made for humans called AmLactin it has alpha hydroxy in it. after a month he was walking normal again. I don't know if this would work for your duck because it may not even be close to being the same thing, But it doesn't sound like bumble foot. I think I'd just do the epsom salt compresses or soaks and see what happens, then again does it look like fungus? if so then a fungal cream my be in order. Looking at the pics again the bottom one does make me think bumble foot.I don't know if it matters or not. She was hatched out by a wild duck. The mom had them in a lake at a subdivision. The people took her so she didn't get ran over. She is friendly enough but more wild then tame.
