I was thinking it was the lighting. I see black flight feathers.

Ehhh, you can’t really judge by those tiny little feathers. It’s def possible she’s black, but until she feathers in more I’ll stick with blue.

The last picture is of all 8 of my new babies. 2 are twins (chipmunk) they are speckled sussex, 2 light & dark (almost chipmunk down) are starlight green eggers, the all black with white on head (lol almost looks like a balding spot) is a cokoo maran, the the black head & grey/blue body is a production blue. All were bought as pullets except for the 2 bantams. I have felt since day 1 that the male is a mottled cochin. But the white one has made me second guess everything. Her legs have started to lose the orange/yellow color and to me has started to look a lil more slate to greenish color. I am hoping that she is an americana/easter egger.Thank you all for your thoughts.
