What breed are my 10 week chickens?

Hi! I have 2 chickens that we rescued as chicks and have no Idea what breed that are, we were guessing buff orpingtons but would like your opinion! Also one is much smaller than the other, not sure if she is a bantam or a runt maybe? She had a lot of issues when she was little. Thanks a lot!!
