I had a Standard Grey American Game Hen go broody and hatch out 5 biddies. They all hatched from white eggs. Do chicks: 2 3 4 and 5 have muffs? What are they? Thanks

I have a chick this colour as well... I have no idea what she is... all my other chicks are black / dark red / yellow turning white lol.. and then I have one this colour lol... I ordered mine from a hatchery and got the " Layer Variety " so they just sent 3 different colours, and I have no idea what they are...

Since you have several different roos and some of them are crosses, it will be hard to tell what they might have in them.

I'm pretty sure the two brown chicks are games, and the buff/ brown chick is maybe a Buff Orpington X game ...? The other two white ones maybe EE??? I think 4 of them may have some small muffs. 3 broody hens hatched out abunch of chicks a few weeks ago and most of them were EE, so they might be EE??
