I bought some baby chicks from my local tractor supply and I have ideas of what breed they are by using the internet but a few I'm uncertain about.

I also have 2 beautiful black chickens that have a green shine in the sun

And 4 chickens that are kinda grey and white.

The first is a hatchery Rhode Island Red, or maybe Production Red.
The second is a Red Sex-Link
Third is a Black Australorp
Fourth is a Barred Rock.

Congrats, those are all great breeds!v

1. RIR (looks like a cockerel)
2. Production red (Can't tell gender)
3. Australorp (looks like a cockerel)
4. Barred Rocks

I'm going to say that number 3 is a jersey giant because it seems to have yellow feet bottoms. Australorps should have pink bottoms.

Thanks for your help. I love my feather baby's no matter what breed they are but I'm just curious. I also have 3 white leghorns.
Great! Leghorns are one of my favorite breeds.

That could be. Could you check the footpads?

That could be Production Red, but is a Red Sex-Link (Production Reds are a mixture of pure, hatchery-quality, or hybrids of any dual-purpose, red feathered, brown egg-laying breed like New Hampshires, Rhode Island Reds (usually hatchery birds on both those breeds), Red Sex-Links, etc.). Definitely a pullet, since the plumage is "sex-linked" and more red than white.
