How many toes on the black? Is ALL the skin black, or just the legs?

Umm....legs are black but the skin under her feathers is pink.

And she has three toes, with the small little spur *i think that's what it is* on the back

Well she's definetly a silkie then. She's got 5 toes and black skin. Don't know what you mean by meat though.

So my little black girl has 4 toes, black feathers and legs, but pink skin.
