what breed are these cjicks???

i have two 3 week old chicks that were hatched by my girlfriend....the hens are isa browns and the rooster is a RIR.....both chicks ended up with feathers on there legs and feet. one looks exacly like and isa hen but one is alot more brown than the other........i have a coop full of Isa's and i didn't want anymore roosters but i have now idea what these guys are.....please help p.s. i dont know how to put up picts. i got em if someone could tell me how
