They look like Leghorns to me. A Silver and a Brown.

Cackle doesn't carry Silver Leghorns....I'm thinking more along the lines of possible Silver Duckwing Phoenix. Those little legs may darken with age.

Cackle also has several varieties of standard old English games that look similar as well.

What type of combs?

I dont know. But it's not a single comb. That's what my other chickens have, and this one looks different. It almost looks like its round or oval shaped.

Then they are probably EE or Whiting True Blues. Or rosecomb leghorns.
