What is the difference between red sexlinks and Rhode Islands and Novagens? Also Isa Browns? I think there are some of each in there but not sure.

Okay. So...red sexlinks are a sexlinked cross. This cross can be made by several breeds. Novogens are a specific red sexlink cross. They are a cross between a Rhode Island Red and White Leghorn.

An ISA brown is a sexlink.

Rhode Island Reds are used in the breeding of red sexlinks. They are purebreds and certainly not your birds.
 
How do you tell them apart?

RSLs will always have white mixed in.
RIRs should be a rich mahogany color, and PRs will be a shade lighter.
