What breed are these rescued hens?

    Hello all! Can anyone tell me what breed my girls are? I adopted them from my local animal shelter and I thought they were Leghorns. But they're legs are almost white and they're much larger than leghorns.

    Exactly how big are they? Do you know how old they are? They look like they might be some sort of meat chicken, cornish cross or cornish rocks etc.

    They look like mixed breeds, probably with White Rock or Cornish.

    They are some type of Cornish cross or broiler. Great meat birds, but poor layers with lots of health problems and short life spans.

    They look like Cornish crosses to me, or possibly another type of White Rock mix.
