What breed are these?

They look like Speckled Sussex.
They are not Russian Orloff.

The faces of the two breeds look very different.
Sussex have single combs, and no extra feathers on their face.
Orloffs have small flat combs (cushion or strawberry), and Orloffs have puffs of feathers on the sides and bottoms of their faces (muffs & beard).
