What breed are these two chicks? (5 weeks old)

So I have these two chicks from the local festival, and they're both 5 weeks old. The lady who sold me them said that they're Buff Orpingtons, but from pictures of BO chicks, they don't really look like them. My guess is that both are some sort of mix ??
The one chick (likely hen) has blue bare feet, eyeliner, and is kinda fluffy. Named her Mabel. First picture is her !!
The other chick (Likely rooster) has boots, eyeliner, and is also fluffy. Named him Dipper. Second picture is him !!

not buff orps. probably mix with orps The roo looks part cochin.

agree about the roo. The first one looks Easter Egger.

Mixed breeds. The first is partially crested, so maybe some polish in her. The second might be an Orpington/Cochin cross.
