What breed are these?

I was given these chickens and would like to know their breed.

Look like Old English game bantams to me, or maybe crosses with that breed. The male is black breasted red color variety and the female looks like the quail variety probably mixed with another color.

Are you in the U.S.? They look like the OE game bantams posted by people in Australia and New Zealand.

Wrong leg color on the cockerel (if he is indeed a BB Red OEGB), although it could just be that he's hatchery quality. I agree that your little pullet is most likely an OEGB cross.
